Liar
I feel one of many hardest issues there may be to do in music is to write down a love track that expresses one thing actual. I learn that the track “Liar” by Paramore was written by Hayley Williams, the singer of the band, about her longtime bandmate Taylor York, and concerning the emotions she began to appreciate she’d had for him. Paramore has been a band for over 20 years, since Hayley and Taylor and Zac Farro, who performs drums, have been all younger youngsters. Paramore’s received a Grammy for Best Rock Song, and so they have a number of platinum albums. But with all that historical past, Taylor and Hayley solely just lately turned a pair.
“Liar” is a track off of their most up-to-date album, This Is Why, which got here out in February 2023. So I talked to Hayley, Taylor and Zac of their studio about how their track first took place, and what it means to them.
