Legendary school soccer coach Mike Leach — who’s spent that final three seasons operating Mississippi State’s sidelines — has been hospitalized … and he is now reportedly preventing for his life.
MSU officers stated in a press release Sunday afternoon that Leach suffered a “private well being subject at his dwelling” that required him to be rushed to a hospital in Jackson, Miss.
The college supplied no additional particulars on his standing … although Sports Illustrated’s Ross Dellenger reported Sunday evening that the 61-year-old is in “vital” situation.
Bulldogs reporter Robbie Faulk added that Leach “wants a miracle.”
The school soccer world was rocked by the information … with most of the high names within the sport tweeting prayers for the person credited with creating the “Air Raid” offense.
USC coach Lincoln Riley tweeted, “Prayers for my good buddy Mike Leach.
