According to USA Today, the lawsuit towards The-Dream was filed in California on Tuesday, June 4. The outlet notes that the singer’s actual identify is Terius Gesteelde-Diamant. Additionally, the go well with was filed by a lady named Chanaaz Mangroe. The Guardian notes that Mangroe can also be identified by her stage identify, Channii Monroe.

Mangroe is reportedly accusing the 46-year-old of rape, trafficking, and sexual battery. According to the outlet, Nam accused The Dream of committing the violent act towards her on April 4, 2013, whereas she was reportedly pregnant with their youngster.
