Arun Sudarsan: No, I don’t have an administrative function. I by no means take up jobs with these. I like doing evaluations/ interviews and many others. far an excessive amount of, and I couldn’t be this productive if I used to be doing admin.
But additionally, many individuals say “oh, you do so much…” but it surely’s not that tough. I don’t use social media besides to put up my hyperlinks. I don’t work after 6pm (except it’s some emergency). So there IS work-life steadiness (although whether or not I’m “mentally fit,” I’ll go away for others to guage 😀 )
Take a mean (imaginary) work week:
Monday: Watch two movies
Tuesday: Write evaluations for these two movies
Wednesday: put together for interview within the morning / put together for podcast within the afternoon
Thurdsay: Record interview and podcast
Friday: Watch a few new releases / write evaluations
Saturday: Plan the week forward, and many others.
I don’t suppose that is precisely a “staggering” schedule in comparison with these at Citibank, and many others. who work from Sep 11 pm and all!!!!
It’s not rocket science. It’s simply time administration — and fortunately, I’m very disciplined that means. (Others name it OCD, however no matter….)
