A lawyer by occupation, Ms. Wiley has been working on the Association for over 6 years, beforehand holding the place of Director of Labour Relations. As a 17-year member of the bar, her curiosity in grievance and arbitration has been honed by way of expertise working for quite a few totally different labor organizations, granting her a breadth and depth of information in labor relations, litigation, grievance dealing with, collective settlement administration, and the practices and rules underlying collective bargaining.
