Kevin Conroy, the voice actor behind the long-lasting DC Comics hero Batman and his alter-ego Bruce Wayne in varied media franchises, has handed away on the age of 66.
The actor died on Thursday after a brief battle with most cancers, in response to a press release from his representatives.
Born on November 30, 1955, Kevin Conroy was a Juilliard-trained Broadway actor who was thought of by many because the definitive voice of Batman. The actor introduced the DC Comics icon to life in varied productions, starting from animated films to video video games. He rose to fame for his work in Batman: The Animated Series, a critically-acclaimed Warner Bros. Animation collection from Bruce Timm, Paul Dini and Mitch Brian.
