Here’s What Reginae Said About The Ongoing Los Angeles Wildfires

On Friday, January 10, Carter took to X, previously often called Twitter, to share a message for the “ignorant people.”

“I wanna tell the ignorant people something … it doesn’t matter how much money you have .. don’t nobody wanna see everything they worked so hard for .. in Ashes !” she wrote. “Like wtf is wrong with yall telling fortunate people to ‘just buy a new house’ like huh? Yall are weird .”

Furthermore, Carter’s sentiments didn’t finish there. Subsequently, she adopted up with one other tweet, writing, Praying for everyone…  chile we living in scary times !”

Social Media Reacts To Her Message

Social media customers shared combined reactions to Reginae Carter’s stance in The Shade Room’s remark part. As The Shade Room beforehand reported, the pure catastrophe started engulfing the Los Angeles area on Thursday, January 8. Since then, The Hill has reported that over 35,000 acres of land have been burned, and not less than 10 folks have been killed.

Instagram consumer @abominationhottie wrote, I think folks are missing the fact that you can sympathize with someone but NOT empathize with them. Folks can sympathize that it sucks that people are losing their homes and items but asking lower income folks to EMPATHIZE with people who have multiple homes… is something completely different…”

While Instagram consumer @adacargo_ added,Honestly. Some of the comments are soo inhumane.”

Instagram consumer @michlisaelle wrote, Imagine not having the money to replace what was lost. Now THATS scary. Yea I can sympathize with loosing the home you’ve been in for forever but my biggest sympathy goes to people who can’t replace that home and legit have to start from scratch and build their way back up!”

There are chefs, nanny’s, house cleaners etc losing their jobs along with these homes burning down. And not all the people are rich rich. Why is it so hard to have empathy for people going through something.”
