Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin is heard on the clip narrating the awkward second, saying, “Either they’re having an affair or they’re just very shy.”

In a press release a day earlier, on Friday, the corporate remarked on the viral second, saying it had launched a “formal investigation” into the matter.

It additionally dismissed a press release claiming to be from Byron that was broadly circulating on social media as faux, saying he had not but commented on the matter.
