The man who cops say they arrested on the UnitedHealthcare campus in Minnesota has simply been recognized … and solely TMZ has his mug shot.
Law enforcement tells us Ian Stanley Wagner was busted Monday exterior UnitedHealthcare HQ and he is been booked for allegedly making threats of violence.

The FBI and Minnetonka Police say Wagner contacted the FBI Minneapolis Field Office on Monday morning and “issued threats of violence directed on the United Healthcare facility if particular calls for weren’t met.”
The feds add … “There is at the moment no indication that the person had particular grievances in opposition to United Healthcare.” That’s notable as a result of earlier this 12 months UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson was shot useless in New York City, with prosecutors claiming Luigi Mangione pulled the set off.
The FBI says a disaster negotiator talked to Wagner over the cellphone … and FBI Task Force Officers working with Minnetonka Police helped take him into custody after he surrendered.
As we reported … the man claimed he had a gun, demanded $1 million and mentioned he would not be taken alive. Cops say they recovered a firearm from his automotive.
The incident resulted in a large police response to UnitedHealthcare HQ.
