According to Fox 35 Orlando, Stone was sentenced to 25 years in jail for allegedly beating and raping the lady on Friday, February 7. Additionally, Stone acquired 30 years of intercourse offender probation. During this time, he should register as a intercourse offender and enroll in courses for anger administration.
“His actions are egregious, and the victim in this case is lucky to be alive. I am going to sentence him to prison followed by a lengthy term of sex offender probation. Mr. Stone, this is unfortunate for you, the victim, and for both of your families, circuit judge Lisa Herndon reportedly told the teen and his lawyers at sentencing.
Per the outlet, Stone — who was 14 years old at the time of the alleged incident — has 30 days to appeal his sentence.
