A Florida landlord is dealing with homicide costs after he allegedly shot and killed his tenant in a dispute over a thermostat.
According to an arrest report obtained by PEOPLE, Adam Louis Anson, 37, was charged with homicide after he allegedly shot his tenant, recognized by NBC Miami and CBS News Miami as 57-year-old Carlos Alberto Gonzalez.
The arrest report states that deputies from the Miami-Dade County Sheriff’s Office responded to the scene in Westchester, situated about 12 miles exterior downtown Miami, at round 8:00 a.m. native time on Saturday, Jan. 25.
