As you already know … Matthew and Johnny had been driving bicycles simply after 8 PM ET in Oldmans Township, New Jersey — when an alleged drunk driver hit them from behind.
Cops say the 2 sustained main accidents and died on the scene … and, a person named Sean Higgins was arrested on two counts of loss of life by auto.
