Jennifer Lopez followers have been left surprised on the screening of her newest film “Unstoppable” when an interviewer determined to carry up one among Hollywood’s greatest taboos: age.
Check out the video — J Lo was in L.A. Sunday with Variety’s Senior Awards Editor, Clayton Davis, who gushed about her 30 years within the biz, jokingly including the 55-year-old was “getting up there” — a remark which did not land too effectively with some within the crowd.

You can hear somebody off-camera gasp, “Did he simply say that?” — whereas others chuckled alongside, clearly not considering it was a giant deal.
Clayton’s age remark wasn’t random, as Variety’s J Lo Career Retrospective was all about celebrating her exhausting work from day one, main as much as her present undertaking, “Unstoppable.”
And J Lo evidently did not take it personally herself, flipping the remark right into a win, and utilizing it as the proper cue to thank her followers for being so good to her through the years.
