Netflix Releases Most Watched Movies and Series List for Second Half of 2023

Arriving a lot quicker than initially anticipated, Netflix has revealed its second bi-annual Netflix Engagement Report that delves into the most-watched titles of the latter half of 2023, overlaying July by December. 

The second report covers Netflix’s viewing information for all exhibits and films from July by December 2023, whereas the primary (launched by Netflix in December of final 12 months) covers January by June.

Like the primary report, there’s a number of information buried inside! There are 6,599 TV exhibits and 9,395 motion pictures, which Netflix says cowl 99% of all viewing on the platform.

However, there are just a few variations from the primary report. Whereas the primary report solely gave us the hours considered for every title and ranked them accordingly, this report consists of the runtime of every title plus the variety of views. The views decide the order of the checklist.

For these unfamiliar, views are what we’ve referred to as Completed Viewing Equivalents for fairly a while. This isn’t the precise variety of views, however when Netflix has taken the hours considered and divided that by the runtime to get an equal.

In addition, this time round, Netflix has break up motion pictures and sequence. Very useful!
