Surprise! The first six episodes of Ark: The Animated Series, primarily based on the hit journey online game Ark: Survival Evolved, can be found to stream now completely on Paramount+ within the U.S. and Canada. The collection will debut in all different Paramount+ worldwide markets beginning April 19. The seven-episode Part 2 of the season will likely be launched at a later date. Watch the promo beneath.
First introduced with a trailer throughout the 2020 Video Game Awards, Ark: The Animated Series was initially alleged to premiere in 2022, with the second trailer teasing a 2023 debut. There had been no official premiere date updates since, and no distribution platform had been introduced till the shock drop tonight by Paramount+.
The star-studded voice forged contains Oscar winners Michelle Yeoh (Everything Everywhere All at Once) and Russell Crowe (The Loudest Voice), Gerard Butler (Plane), David Tennant (Doctor Who), Oscar nominees Jeffrey Wright (American Fiction) and Elliot Page (The Umbrella Academy), Madeleine Madden (The Wheel of Time), and Vin Diesel (Fast & Furious franchise).
Ark: The Animated Series is a sweeping saga spanning eons of human historical past. When twenty first century paleontologist Helena Walker (Madden) finds herself resurrected on a mysterious primeval island populated by prehistoric beasts, she should study to outlive with new allies from all through time, whereas making an attempt to uncover the true nature of their unusual new world.
