The School of Drama is thrilled to announce that Bria Walker-Rhoze will be a part of our appearing school within the fall.
Walker-Rhoze is a multidisciplinary artist based mostly in Pittsburgh, PA, and serves as Associate Artistic Director of Fleetwood-Jourdain Theatre (FJT) in Evanston, IL. She joins us from the University of Pittsburgh the place she served as Head of Performance and MFA Performance Pedagogy within the Department of Theatre Arts and co-organizer of the university-wide initiative Black Lives in Focus.
