Giants of Brazil’s orange juice commerce are defendants in a category motion lawsuit in search of billions in damages for alleged worth fixing between 1999 and 2006.
Federal prosecutor Karen Kahn mentioned the São Paulo Court of Justice would hear the lawsuits in opposition to firms resembling Citrosuco, Cutrale, and Louis Dreyfus Co (LDC), which account for many of the world’s orange juice manufacturing, based on a Reuters report.
