Tradezsha Trenay Bibbs, 29, was reportedly sentenced on Monday after being convicted of felony homicide. According to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, Bibbs is answerable for the demise of her 4-month-old daughter Brielle Robinson.
According to ABC13, authorities had been reportedly known as to the Red Carpet Inn in Houston, Texas, on April 16, 2016. Bibbs informed officers that she heard her daughter crying, then picked her up by her arms and dropped her on the mattress, which brought on Robinson to fall to the ground.
Bibbs then “continuously struck” the 4-month-old “in the face, chest, ribs, and legs until the child stopped crying.”

According to the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, Bibbs was initially convicted of capital homicide. However, the 29-year-old’s verdict was reversed, and he or she was retried. The new trial reportedly lasted per week.
