Courteeners have introduced two intimate warm-up exhibits in Scotland forward of their enormous hometown present at Manchester’s Heaton Park.

Later this week, Courteeners will play London’s Royal Albert Hall as a part of the Teenage Cancer Trust gig collection in London, the place they’ll carry out their debut album ‘St Jude’ in full alongside a choice of best hits.

Fray continued: “People say that numbers don’t matter. Are you kidding me? This trade is actually constructed on a Top 10 each fucking week – so don’t say that nobody cares! If it will get there, it’ll be very nice. It’s been a very long time coming and it’s a giant pat on the again for the those that have labored with us and all of the followers which were there for us at any level. It exhibits that there’s nonetheless a spot for it and that individuals are into it.
“We feel pretty blessed. I thought I’d feel all rockstar-y and fur coat-y, but it just feels pretty nice to be honest.”
