Columbus power-pop crew Connections are releasing a brand new album this week referred to as Cool Change through Trouble In Mind. Cool Change follows 2018’s Foreign Affairs and options the already launched singles “I Confess” and “In Space.” Today, Connections have shared a bouncing shout-along anthem titled “Bird Has Flown,” which you’ll be able to try under, in addition to their beforehand launched singles.
About the album, the band has written: “These songs need basements, and grandstands, and the occasional pageant – after all, when ALL OF THIS is nice. There are plans to take this – now sonically bolstered – present on the street.
“Those songs had been written as an train as a breakup album although there was no relationship at the moment lively to interrupt up. A fantasy of a life not at the moment being lived or essentially needed. Good or dangerous.
