Beginning February 2023, Bishop Arts Theatre Center (BATC) will produce the 1619 Project One-Act Festival in Dallas, Texas. BATC commissioned 9 playwrights to pen a script impressed by Dr. Nikole Hannah-Jones, Pulitzer-prize profitable, New York Times bestseller, The 1619 Project. Dr. Hannah-Jones will attend the manufacturing on February 17, 2023 and take part in a talkback after the efficiency.
