Miami, FL – February 1, 2023 – Coral Gables’ iconic Italian eatery, Fiola Miami, hosted Alessia Antinori for “A Celebration of Antinori”, and a sold-out night with 85 friends. A continuation of Fiola Miami’s profitable and extremely coveted month-to-month Winemaker Dinner sequence, friends indulged in a premier collection of Antinori’s spectacular wines together with Castello della Sala, Cervaro, Umbria, 2020; Tignanello, Tuscany, 2019; Pian Delle Vigne, Brunello di Montalcino, 2011 & Pian Delle Vigne, Brunello di Montalcino, 2005; and Solaia, Tuscany 2014. The wines had been paired with a decadent 5 course tasting menu with dishes resembling Grilled Yellowfin Tuna, Tiny Farms eggplant, compressed heirloom tomato, bronze fennel, zucchini salsa verde; Wild Boar Tortelloni, wild boar sugo, black truffles, Vacche Rosse Parmigiano; and Margaret River Wagyu Eye of Ribeye, black garlic braised leeks, Taggiasca olive powder, ash baked potato.
