NEW YORK CITY: The Kleban Foundation has named Ryan Scott Oliver and Ethan Lipton the recipients of the 2023 Kleban Prize for Musical Theatre. Oliver is being acknowledged as a lyricist, whereas Lipton is being acknowledged as a librettist.
