Spy Kids star Daryl Sabara (AKA Mr. Meghan Trainor) is opening up about his sobriety journey!
On the newest episode of his spouse’s Workin’ On It podcast, the actor spoke about his choice to chop out “booze and weed” after having a dialog along with his therapist. He informed Meghan concerning the humorous means he began excited about being clear:
“She just said, ‘If you want to be on your A-game maybe consider full sobriety.’ I was like, ‘What the f**k? Of course, I want to be on my A-game.’”
Always must be in your A-game while you’ve obtained an cute kiddo operating across the place! Daryl stated this speak along with his therapist “sparked something” inside him — and he was able to “try this full sobriety thing.”

And to make issues cuter, Daryl thanked his main woman for being his largest supporter all through his sobriety journey, citing that being alone is an enormous “trigger” for him:
“You just make me a better person and I appreciate you.”
