MANILA, Philippines — Metro Manila and most elements of the nation can be experiencing rain on Sunday due to a low stress space (LPA) the state climate bureau mentioned on Saturday.
The LPA was positioned 65 kilometers east southeast of Surigao City, Surigao del Norte, in line with the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration(Pagasa).
According to Pagasa climate specialist Aldczar Aurelio, the LPA has a low probability of changing into a tropical cyclone.
