JRB Creative Production, the manufacturing crew behind the ABS-CBN sequence “Mars Ravelo’s Darna,” expressed its help for Celeste Cortesi as she paid homage to Darna on the 71st Miss Universe preliminary competitors.
Much like Darna’s iconic superhero gear, Cortesi’s nationwide costume on Thursday, Jan. 12 features a pink bikini with gold gildings on every brassiere cup, gold headdress, gold medallion belt with a loincloth, pink gloves, pink knee-high boots, and a dramatic again piece that’s paying homage to the solar on the Philippine flag.
