Apple TV+ thriller “Surface” shall be again for a second season. Deadline studies that the streamer has renewed the collection starring Gugu Mbatha-Raw as Sophie, a girl attempting to construct herself again up and get better misplaced reminiscences after surviving a suicide try.
Created by Veronica West, the upcoming season of “Surface” takes Sophie again to her native London, the place she is going to revisit “unfinished relationships” and discover “what made her the flawed person she was,” per the supply. “But the mess she left behind in San Francisco will catch up with her, as Sophie discovers once and for all, you can never outrun your past.”
