Peru’s Castillo appoints new Prime Minister


Peru’s leftist president, Pedro Castillo, has sworn in Betssy Chávez because the nation’s new prime minister on Friday, changing Aníbal Torres, who resigned from the publish after the failure of a query of confidence within the Andean Parliament.
