Odell Beckham Lawyer Calls American Airlines Boot ‘Unnecessary’

Beckham’s Lawyer Slams Attendant For “Unnecessary” Escalation

But his lawyer Daniel Davillier referred to as the removing “completely unnecessary” in a follow-up assertion. No costs have been filed towards Beckham. He has not made extra public feedback on the incident. In his assertion, Davillier recommended the flight crew didn’t do sufficient to wake Odell earlier than escalating the state of affairs.

“Sleeping on a plane should not be a cause for removal from a flight,” Davillier stated.27 “If they could wake him up when the flight returned to the gate, then they could have done the same thing and woken him up to ask him to put on his seatbelt.”
