MANILA, Philippines—After an early exit within the UAAP Season 85 males’s basketball event, Far Eastern University will look to rely extra on veteran L-Jay Gonzales subsequent season.
In FEU’s season-ender on Saturday, Gonzales led a 77-62 rout of University of Santo Tomas because the Tamaraws completed with a 5-9 file.
FEU coach Olsen Racela lauded Gonzales, who completed with a team-high 15 factors, 4 rebounds and 4 assists.
“Well, his ability is all the time there. L-Jay is already superb. He simply wants extra maturity and extra understanding of the sport of basketball. He wants extra time, video games and season. Hopefully, by subsequent season, he is greater than prepared for the subsequent degree,” stated Racela…
