LUCENA CITY — Two motorbike riders died in separate mishaps on Sunday, Nov. 20, in Quezon province.
Arnold Panganiban and his motorbike back-rider, Raymond Decenan, have been cruising at 8:20 p.m. the Maharlike Highway once they occupied the alternative lane and collided with one other motorbike pushed by Charles John Tecson in Barangay Balubal, the Quezon police reported.
Panganiban and Decenan, each not sporting helmets, suffered accidents and have been rushed to Quezon Medical Center on this metropolis, however Panganiban was declared useless on arrival.
