DARAGA, Albay, Philippines — The municipal authorities signaled the onset of the Christmas season right here Sunday night when it switched on a 3-kilometer “tunnel of lights.”
The set up consists of seven,000 LED bulbs on a steady string ranging from the intersection of the city heart on Rizal Street and working as much as the entry level of Legazpi City.
