Lawyers representing the nation’s main social networks – Twitter, Telegram, Tik Tok, Google, and Meta – have appealed the selections of Justice Alexandre de Moraes to Brazil’s Supreme Court (STF), citing “pre-censorship.”
The representatives declare that the Moraes’ determinations promote normal censorship of content material that’s usually lawful.
They, subsequently, demand that the Court’s selections clearly state what content material is taken into account unlawful.
