Nikita Dragun was compelled into the boys’s unit of the native jail after Monday’s arrest in Florida, a choice her rep says may’ve been a recipe for catastrophe.
Nikita’s rep, Jack Ketsoyan, tells TMZ … “The state of affairs with Nikita, who’s legally feminine, being positioned in a males’s unit of a Florida jail is extraordinarily distributing and harmful.”
Ketsoyan continues, “This choice made by the Miami-Dade County Corrections Department immediately violates their protocol, which mandates that transgender inmates are categorised and housed based mostly on security wants and gender identification.”
As we reported, the transgender influencer was arrested this week on a felony cost of battery on a police officer … after allegedly inflicting a disturbance for an extended time frame, strolling across the pool space bare.
According to the police report, obtained by TMZ … when Nikita lastly answered her lodge room door she allegedly swung an open water bottle, inflicting water to hit and spill on each a safety guard and an officer, leading to her arrest.
