Just hours after Aaron Carter’s demise on November 5, Hilary Duff shared a heartbreaking message on Instagram mourning the devastating loss. “For Aaron — I’m deeply sorry that life was so hard for you and that you had to struggle in front of the whole world. You have a charm that was absolutely effervescent.”

She continued, “Boy did my teenage self love you deeply. Sending love to your family at this time. Rest easy.”

Hilary and Aaron began relationship after they have been youngsters in 2000. They cut up in 2003. Aaron notably appeared in a 2001 episode of Hilary’s hit Disney Channel present Lizzie McGuire. The holiday-themed episode — “Coming to Town” — featured a efficiency from Aaron and a candy onscreen kiss between the 2 of them.
