Announcing BCCI’s transfer, Jay Shah tweeted on Thursday, “I’m happy to announce @BCCI’s first step in the direction of tackling discrimination. We are implementing a pay fairness coverage for our contracted @BCCIWomen cricketers. The match payment for each Men and Women Cricketers would be the similar as we transfer into a brand new period of gender equality in Cricket.”
