LEGAZPI CITY — At least 812 households or 3,148 individuals have been evacuated in Camarines Sur and Camarines Norte provinces resulting from heavy rains introduced by Tropical Storm Paeng (worldwide identify Nalgae).
Gremil Alexis Naz, Office of Civil Defense Bicol spokesperson, reported that 534 households (2,075 folks) in 4 cities in Camarines Norte and 278 households (1,073 folks) in 11 cities in Camarines Sur have been evacuated since Thursday, Oct. 27.
Thirty-one cities have been flooded, whereas 20 roads, bridges, and spillways have been rendered impassable in Camarines Sur resulting from steady heavy rains.
