TBS‘ scripted comedy Miracle Workers is leaning into the Mad Max look with stars Daniel Radcliffe and Geraldine Viswanathan as they gear up for Season 4 in a teaser for the aptly titled Miracle Workers: End Times.
Set to premiere Monday, January 16, 2023, the latest chapter of Miracle Workers sees Karan Soni, Jon Bass, and Steve Buscemi return alongside Radcliffe and Viswanathan. End Times follows all-new characters in a dystopian future full of radioactive mutants, killer robots, and a tyrannical homeowner’s affiliation with outrageous annual charges.
As Radcliffe’s wasteland warrior and Viswanathan’s ruthless warlord face the dystopian nightmare of settling within the suburbs, they navigate a slew of existential married-life horrors below the steering of a rich junk dealer (Buscemi). Bass returns because the couple’s trustworthy struggle canine, Soni is a kill-bot who likes to occasion, and Season 4 visitor stars embrace Quinta Brunson, Garcelle Beauvais, Kyle Mooney, Ego Nwodim, Lolly Adefope, Paul F. Tompkins, and Lisa Loeb.
The anthology sequence has explored varied themes over its run, which started in 2019, beginning with angels in heaven, transferring on to the Dark Ages, after which heading out west for the Oregon Trail in the newest third season, which aired in 2021. The stars beforehand teased Season 4’s theme in a promo posted to the Miracle Workers‘ Twitter page. “We are back in production,” Radcliffe teased, adding, “what could possibly be next?”
