Fort Edmonton Park’s Indigenous Peoples Experience will depart you in awe. Gather and discover life by the range of First Nations’ and Métis peoples’ histories, experiences, and views, native to Indigenous life within the Beaver Hills area. Throughout June, Fort Edmonton Park will likely be internet hosting Introduction to Working with Animal Fibres, as a part of their Indigenous Perspective Workshops. This sequence focuses on hands-on studying, dialogue, and storytelling. Woven by the workshop, individuals will study the significance of animal fibers in Indigenous creative practices and achieve expertise with conventional expertise together with tufting and horsehair embroidery.
