The long-awaited premiere of The Mandalorian Season 3 has come and gone, and with solely a few episodes left till we’re left ready for extra, the Pedro Pascal-led collection hasn’t disillusioned with its bevy of cameos and behind-the-scenes footage.
Including the return of some fan-favorite administrators like Rick Fukuyama and Dallas Bryce Howard, Lizzo, Jack Black, and Christopher Lloyd have loved visitor appearances alongside returning co-star Katee Sackhoff.
To be honest, a lot of the season’s highlighted cameos and behind-the-scenes footage got here in a single episode directed by Howard and written by creator Jon Favreau. In the newest chapter titled “Guns For Hire,” Din Djarin (Pascal) and Grogu are joined by Bo-Katan (Sackhoff) as they enterprise to Plazir-15. This planet is ruled by a democratically elected Duchess (performed by Lizzo) and her associate, Captain Bombardier. Notably, the episode additionally options beloved Back to the Future actor Lloyd within the position of Commissioner Helgait.
Lizzo, who has a deep reference to Star Wars, as many followers do, took to Twitter and Instagram to share some behind the scenes movies and imagery.
“When I was a young girl my dad introduced me to Star Wars like a rite of passage,” Lizzo mentioned in her social media posts. “The trilogy’s [sic] are his favorite movies and quickly became mine. When Jon favreau [sic] called me and offered the role of The Dutchess I cried all day wishing my dad was still with us cus [sic] he’d be so proud. Star Wars was a dream I never thought was possible— but thanks to Jon, Bryce, and everyone in the galaxy I am now part of the ever-expanding saga of the stars.” She concluded by saying, “I am in honorable company and forever grateful. This is The Way…. and May the Force be with you.”
