Justice Alexandre de Moraes of the Supreme Court (STF) gave the Prosecutor General’s Office (PGR) 5 days to touch upon a request to droop the social networks of congressman Nikolas Ferreira (PL-MG), for an alleged crime of transphobia, resulting from a speech on Women’s Day.
The lawsuit was filed with the STF by trans parliamentarian Erika Hilton (Psol-SP) on Monday (13) to dam all of Ferreira’s social networks.
Currently, the congressman makes use of Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, TikTookay, Telegram, and YouTube.
