Netflix is eying a brand new warfare adaptation of the basic Ernest Hemingway novel, For Whom the Bell Tolls, What’s on Netflix has realized.
A brand new For Whom The Bell Tolls film has been growing for a minimum of 20 years, with Game of Thrones co-creator and co-showrunner David Benioff connected to the venture within the early 2000s. In 2022, we had been first advised that an adaptation may be within the works at Netflix through two copyright registrations with Universal Pictures and Warner Bros. The Universal registration particularly talked about a “Short-Form One Picture License.”
Fast ahead to 2023, and we’ve realized that David Benioff is eyed to proceed writing the script for Netflix whereas long-term collaborator Alan Taylor is eyed to direct.
