Last month, Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band kicked off an enormous North American tour. But three deliberate live shows have now been postponed as a result of sickness. A March 9 present in Columbus, OH kicked off the spherical of postponements; yesterday, a present scheduled for tonight in Connecticut was additionally postponed. And now a present that was set to happen on Tuesday, March 14 in Albany, NY will even be rescheduled to a later date.
“No need to be anxious or afraid,” Steven Van Zandt, aka Little Steven, wrote in a tweet yesterday. “Just a temporary situation. We will all be back in full force very soon.”
No official phrase as to what the sickness that brought on the postponements is, although final month some members of the band — together with Little Steven — needed to sit out some exhibits as a result of COVID-19. Springsteen’s tour is ready to run via the tip of the 12 months.
