The Scorpions, a subgroup of the notorious Mexican Gulf Cartel, has reportedly emerged to apologize for the kidnapping of 4 Black Americans and the homicide of two within the border metropolis of Matamoros final week, in response to Vice News.
Photos allegedly despatched to Mexican legislation enforcement and shared by Vice News, present a narco-banner alongside 5 males, who have been “severely” overwhelmed and had their fingers tied inside a black pickup truck.
The letter on the banner reportedly requested for forgiveness from “American families and people in Matamoros” after the error of killing and kidnapping the Americans.

Cartel Says Kidnapping & Killing Black Americans Was A ‘Mistake’
The Associated Press shared a snippet from the letter from the Scorpion saying sorry and surrendering the tied up cartel members. AP experiences that an nameless supply who’s was not “authorized to leak” the information, shared the ‘sorry’ letter and photographs of the handcuffed males laying right down to give up for the crimes.
