ELN guerrillas reported Sunday that they’re holding a Colombian military sergeant, which President Gustavo Petro referred to as a sabotage of the peace negotiations his authorities is advancing with the insurgents.
“I condemn the kidnapping of Sergeant Libey Danilo Bravo of the National Army. These are information that sabotage any chance of peace,” the president mentioned on Twitter after the ELN’s Eastern War Front launched a press release on the retention of the soldier within the division of Arauca . . .
