Their opinionated next-door neighbor is Calvin Butler (Cedric the Entertainer), a household man who’s cautious of the newcomers. However, Calvin’s household feels very otherwise in regards to the newcomers. His gracious spouse, Tina (Arnold), rolls out the welcome wagon whereas sons Marty (Spears) and Malcolm (McKinney) suppose the Johnsons will probably be good for his or her household and the group.
