The outlet experiences that Stephens was recognized after a police lieutenant who reviewed the surveillance video acknowledged her voice.
Police Chief Terry Wooten then knowledgeable City Administrator Steve Bowlin concerning the problem, and added that the lady was the spouse of the city’s assistant hearth chief.
