International Presenting Now: Collaborative Models, Practices, and Paths Toward A Sustainable Future


This roundtable dialog amongst nationwide arts leaders goals to reimagine worldwide presenting for a brand new age. While acknowledging the steep challenges confronted—significantly post-COVID—this invited, participatory gathering will look forward, exploring inspiring new pathways for sustaining and furthering international trade and worldwide touring within the United States. Organized by the International Presenting Commons (IPC), the assembly brings collectively artists, presenters, artistic producers, and funders to uplift revolutionary fashions and discover new collaborative practices that emerged throughout COVID that may contribute to constructing a sustainable and strong ecosystem for the presentation of worldwide work within the United States. The session, and the work of the IPC over a number of years, is premised on the assumption that international dwell artwork trade stays important to the world, specifically to the cultural well being of the United States as an entire and to various particular person communities that presenters and artists serve throughout the nation.
