President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Friday congratulated his “good buddy” Anwar Ibrahim on his election as Malaysia’s tenth prime minister, saying Anwar’s management will carry stability to Malaysia.
The 75-year-old Anwar, a longtime opposition chief in Malaysia, was sworn in as the brand new prime minister on Thursday.
