New residential rents in São Paulo rise above inflation after 3 years


The worth of recent residential renting contracts within the metropolis of São Paulo rose 9.32% within the final 12 months, gathered till October, in line with the month-to-month survey by Secovi-SP (Sindicato das Empresas de Compra, Venda e Administração de Imóveis).
